Premis Leadership Team

Premis Solutions (Premis) is an award-winning contractor that prides itself on quality craftsmanship and has a proven track record of exceeding the expectations of its clients.

Established in 2006, Premis is renowned as one of Queensland’s major fit-out and refurbishment companies, however our reputation has seen us expand and diversify, and we now also deliver new builds.

The team has completed more than 1100 projects totalling a value in excess of $350M across a number of sectors including:

At Premis, the experience and knowledge of our Leadership Team is expert and diverse, and our motto is “You don’t build a business, you build relationships”.

The team is led by Managing Director and Partner, Tim Awyzio. Tim has been with Premis for 12 years and has more than 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has been at the helm of the company for approximately three years and has taken the business from strength to strength. Tim is truly passionate about delivering the best possible results for our clients.

Director of Finance and Partner, Brad Stringfellow, heads up the finance department and has been with Premis since the very beginning. He has an in-depth understanding of the construction industry and has been a strong advocate for growth. On the lighter side, Brad can always be counted on (pun intended) for a few laughs in the workplace.

Imco Peereboom is a Partner and heads up our Estimating team. He started with Premis back in January 2006 and has played an integral part in building the business to where it is today. He has been an amazing mentor to the entire estimating team.

Our Operations Manager, Garry Binks, started as a Project Manager with Premis in 2015. Having owned and run his own business before, he quickly showed he was capable of much more and was promoted to Operations Manager in early 2019. Garry has coordinated and led a wide range of projects to their successful completion.

Our Business Development Manager, Simone Miante, is a relative newcomer to the Premis team and has brought a wealth of experience in relationship building, leadership and strategic management to the business. Simone has worked all over Australia and internationally in various senior management roles and has a genuine interest in getting to know people and giving back to industry.
