Tim Awyzio

Managing Director

Tim has more than 30 years’ experience in fitout and refurbishment and has worked with both public and private sector clients throughout Australia. He began his career as a carpenter before moving into more senior roles, including Site Foreman, Project Manager, Operations Director, Director/BDM and ultimately Managing Director.

Tim’s ability to draw diverse groups of people together to work cohesively and harmoniously ensures seamless coordination with joint venture partners, subcontractors and clients alike.

Brad Stringfellow

Director - Finance

Brad has extensive experience in the areas of public and building industry accountancy.

He has the knowledge and skills to ensure the stability of the organisation and to meet the financial capacity for all projects. He has established strong foundations to support growth and support well into the future.

Simone Miante

Business Development Manager

Simone is an accomplished Business Development Manager and business degree qualified. She has a diverse skill set attributed to her experience across a number of industries including the property industry. Simone has worked all over Australia and Internationally in various senior management roles and has led both small and large teams. She has a genuine interest in getting to know people from all walks of life, making her a great relationship builder.

Imco Peereboom

Estimating Manager

Imco started his career as an apprentice carpenter and joiner and has since worked in a multitude of roles including Leading Hand, Site Foreman, Project Manager, Estimator, Senior Estimator and now Director of Estimating at Premis.

Throughout his 30 years in the industry, Imco has completed projects for both public and private sector clients. He specialises in high quality tenancy fitouts and refurbishments, and is highly skilled in cost planning, project programming and quality assurance.

Garry Binks

Operations Manager

Garry has a proven ability to manage a vast array of projects with solid experience spanning over 15 years in design, project management and fitout projects for multiple clients. His experience has given him the opportunity to interact with people of all backgrounds and temperaments.

Client and sub-contractor relationships are one of his strengths and Garry has used these skills to coordinate and lead diverse project teams to successful completion of many quality projects.
