Relationship with RACQ in high gear as Premis
drives million-dollar fitouts

Location: Cnr Logan Road & Levington Road, Eight Mile Plains.
Client: MBS Architects (Lew McLennan - now Gray Puksand MBS).
Size: 1300m² (Bldg 4) and 800m² (Bldg 5)

  November 2006 (Building 4) and October 2007 (Building 5)

Project Overview

Premis Solutions was called in to do $1 million refit of building 4 at the RACQ Eight Mile Plains complex - working area of 1300m² over two levels.

Premis’s experience enabled them to fully address the risk issues, key drivers, and deliverables involved in the project and deliver an on-time fitout.

With Premis’ emphasis on careful, measured planning and client satisfaction, RACQ at Eight Mile Plains received a fitout that exceeded all expectations without disruption to their core business.

RACQ again chose Premis as their fitout team for the more complicated refurbishment of building 5.

Lew McLennan is a director of MBS Architects, a long-established firm that deals primarily with corporate clients, including RACQ. He believes that Premis’ careful planning and on-site management have ensured the smooth flow of both RACQ projects.
