Key achievement: Cooperation and teamwork ensured effective design detail and services installation in a heritage building. A well-finished modern fitout was completed on time and with minimal disruption to university activities.
Project Overview
Premis was selected by QUT as the principal contractor to refurbish 1300sqm, over 3 floors, of the heritage-listed
A Block at Gardens Point campus. Each floor involved
staged completion and handover, all within a twelve week period. Works included office workstations, joinery,
reception areas, two kitchens, a number of meeting
rooms, and services installations.
