Project Overview
An industrial warehouse shell was transformed with an additional 515sqm of internal mezzanine construction to fit a laboratory and extended office. Combined with services installations and steelworks in the warehouse space the project has resulted in a prime 1300sqm facility for this client.
Valued at $1.5 million some of the features of this project included:
- Structural steelworks
- Gantry crane and mono-rail hoist
- A new lift and two stairwells
- A controlled environment laboratory
- Rainwater tanks and water reticulation
- Office, kitchen and bathroom fitout
- All new services
