Project Overview
Architectural firm, Interiors Australia, and Premis Solutions worked together to complete the commercial office fitout for the Department of Industry, Tourism and Resources (DITR).
Covering an 800m² area, the project included office workstations, boardrooms, kitchen and restroom fit-outs. It also involved sub-contracting electrical, air-conditioning and other service trades to provide the finishing touches. Despite unexpected obstacles, Premis kept workflow under control.
Good communication, a practical attitude, efficiency and high-quality work distinguished Premis as solution providers that deliver on their promise. Their attention to detail and ability to juggle a number of issues simultaneously enabled them to complete the project in just six weeks.
Milena Butovski, architect from Interiors Australia, who worked with Premis on the six-week project, was very pleased with Premis’ role as head contractor for the building works—in particular their proactive approach and flexibility towards the project.
